All Strong Fitness is a personal training service that works with seniors and individuals with disabilities to improve their independence, health, and overall quality of life. 
We understand that going to a gym is often intimidating or impractical right now. Special needs populations typically don't have the knowledge to navigate the atmosphere, are stigmatized for their differences, and don't have health and wellness professionals that are willing to be patient and understanding of their capabilities. 
We offer an individualized health and wellness program within a safe space and with a compassionate attitude. We understastand that taking the first step can be overwhelming and we promise to bring our passion for health to you!

Training Programs
One on One Training
Do you have trouble with balance, strength, stamina or just general health? Does the gym intimidate you? Our One on One personal trainings are for you! Enjoy working with a compassionate and patient health and wellness professional in assisting you in an exercise routine specifically designed for you. Ask us about our virtual training options too! 

Small Group Trainings
Similar to the one on one training, but with a trist! Whether you want to workout with a loved one, spouse, or group of friends, small group trainings offer you the ability to workout together with a decreased cost per person.

Group Classes
All Strong Fitness works at offering a variety of high quality group fitness classes for seniors and individuals with intellectual disabilities for your club, church or business. These classes range from strength, balance and even chair yoga. Classes are modified to be done in a chair through the class, or progressed to standing exercises for those who are comfortable. Working out with a group adds a fun way to build a social group and overall camaraderie with the participating individuals. Reach out today for more information!
