Anegla is passionate about the deep connection of body, mind and spirit. Angela believes yoga is appropriate for everybody. She patiently encourages each student to modify and adjust poses to safely achieve the most benefit. Her verbal cues allow beginning students to follow along effortlessly and more advanced students to refine their practice. Angela sees yoga as a journey of deep self-awareness. She draws on her background in social work, massage therapy and positive psychology to bring awareness and inquiry into students’ experience on the mat and in the world. Angela has practiced yoga for over a decade.
She completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in June 2015. Angela works with private clients, teaches group yoga, meditation and pranayama classes, leads yoga workshops for beginner- advanced students, as well as, workshops on wholehearted living, discovering dharma and setting intention. A lifelong student, in 2017 Angela completed an 300 hour advanced yoga teaching program at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, MA with an in-depth study of asana, meditation, pranayama, ayurveda, restorative yoga and working with special populations. And, she is registered as a (YACEP) Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
Heather Dalhoff, MAEd, RYT
Heather holds her Masters of Education, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (June 2017), trained Baby and Me Yoga Teacher (March 2017), 95hr Toddler/Kids/Teen Yoga Teacher (April 2019), DoTerra Essential Oil Wellness Advocate, Sound Healer, Reiki Level 1 Practitioner, and gemstone mala and bracelet creator. Heather’s goal is to hold space to educate, empower, and expand the whole person mind, body, and spirit of everyone who joins her.
Heather is a boy mom to one and wife to Jason. In her spare time you can find her with her son doing outside activities and enjoying nature. Heather also loves to sew, knit, and paint when there is time. Heather loves her family and going to the beach! Heather’s personal business is Humble New Beginnings.
Karen Winter, RYT
Karen has been a Yoga enthusiast for the past 13 years and became 200 hour RYT in 2017.
She first sought out yoga as a means of stress relief. What she found was a beautiful link between movement and quieting the mind. It is her goal to offer that to her students. Yoga can truthfully be done anywhere and anytime. Tune in to your breathing and learn to listen to the wisdom of your body and you are on your way to finding the zen within!! Also certified in Restorative Yoga.

Cathy is a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She has a diverse background, including the following:

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant – 7 years
"It seems I have always been a student and am deeply grateful for the wisdom shared by my many instructors. I am excited and hopeful to share this knowledge of yoga, etc. with others, to enable them to find balance, harmony, and greater personal awareness, giving them a break from their hectic lives as well as tools to help maneuver through life’s challenges as they present themselves. I look forward to helping others to customize their yoga practice to fit their needs and allow them to realize the wonderful, all-encompassing benefits I have experienced.
You can expect my classes to be lighthearted, yet mindful, catering to each individual, encouraging modifications as needed.
When not sharing yoga with others, you will find me playing with my grandchildren, teaching indoor cycling classes, walking, bicycling, and doing my favorite pastime – baking cookies!"
